●guide 飛越トンネルがスタート（１５４５ｍ）。神岡新道と合流する１８４２ｍ地点まで東の方向へ稜線を進む。直線でなくアップダウンがあるのでルートを間違わないように。神岡新道に出たら北東の寺地山（１９９６ｍ）を目指す。下りのためにポイントは確認しておきたい。寺地山からはほぼ東へ。樹林帯を抜けて白一面の広い斜面に出る。北ノ俣岳との分岐を過ぎて北へ太郎平方面へ進む。晴れていれば稜線伝いの快適な滑走。日程にもよるが初日で太郎平までくれば翌日が楽。予備日として１日欲しいところ。
２日目は薬師の山頂を目指す。早朝は雪面が固いので滑落注意。中央カールがよく滑られている。金作カールも滑走可能だが急。どちらもボトムから登り返す。次は避難小屋から南の薬師沢右俣に滑り込む。薬師沢出合（２０１２ｍ）地点からは西北西に中俣を登り返す。北ノ俣よりに稜線に出たら、南へ北ノ俣分岐に登り返し、往路を戻る。
●advice太郎小屋はGW営業しなていないので要注意。視界が悪いときには非常に迷いやすいので要注意。行程が長いので体力にあったプラン作りが必要。天候も長期安定していればラッキーだが、その限りではない。山スキーの機動力を生かした計画性が重要なツアー。山中泊のため生活技術も必要。
