●guide　上高地から横尾を経て涸沢に入山（詳細略５ｈ～６ｈ）。GWともなればトレースもついており、テント村が賑わっている。テント場は２３００ｍぐらい。どこを滑るかコースを十分に事前に偵察したい。カールの雪がついているところがルートになりえる。西にザイテングラードを登り白出のコルにでて小豆沢を滑るコースはよく滑られている。小豆沢をそのまま登ってしまってもよい。登山者やスキーヤーが多いので十分に注意する。北西に北穂を目指し北穂沢も滑走可能。どちらもそこそこ斜度があるので滑落には十分注意したい。
南の前穂北尾根も５．６のコルからの滑走可能。雪崩れや落石には十分に注意。新雪が降ればパウダーが楽しめるが雪崩を誘発しないこと。
