ちょっと難しそうと思ったけど、手順は簡単２つだけ！

１．まず36×36ピクセルのアイコン画像を作ってファイル登録

２．次にTANさんのソースに作った画像のリンクを変更して、
デザインレイアウトでどこかに埋め込む
